Been trying to draw stuff this year & been totally unable to throw anything together… until today!

Hello all…

You may or may not know that i have been nominated for an AVN award for best ‘non sex’ actor at this years… err, well, AVN awards! Anyway, the ‘non sex’ acting in question was from Dracula XXX, or this ain’t Dracula XXX or something with Dracula & XXX in it (you get the picture) where i played Van Helsing, the intrepid Vampire Killer.

So what happens next? Well, me & Kylie are off to Vegas in a couple of weeks to attend the show & find out, no doubt i will be tweeting pics from the night or at least writing a blog about what happens after the chaos ends, either way it’s very exciting stuff.

So that’s the story so far, here are some pics to split open your sides with laughter… and yes the handlebar moustache is real (but not the Barry Gib hair unfortunatley!)

SO far this year I have been drunk, hungover & sick… 2012 is here!

Another year is nearly over, it’s time to reflect on what we haven’t all learned from another 12 months of being here on our tiny planet that we call home…

Or at least look at pictures of cats, in particular Boomer Kitty’s first year of being here… The furry little bastard!

Ok, so tonight i got a few tweets about my Banana cake… so i decided to share the recipe!

You will need:

• 1 1/2 cups bananas (mashed up)
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 3 cups of all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 1/8 cups of sugar (but go crazy if you want!)
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla (extract is fine)
• 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk (don’t worry if it’s reduced)
• and, err… cheat the frosting! Just use cream cheese or something that comes in a tub

Here comes the ‘how to’:

1. Preheat oven to 275°
2. Grease AND FLOUR a 9’ x 13’ pan or dish
3. In a small bowl,  mash up the bananas with the lemon juice
4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt
5. In a 3rd bowl (ideally big) add  3/4 cup of butter and 2 & 1/8 cups of sugar
6. Add in eggs, one at a time, then stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
7. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk & smashed up bananas
8. Put the batter into the pan from step 2 & bake in preheated oven from step 1 for about an hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Take out of oven and stick it into the freezer for 45 minutes. This will make the cake moist as fuck!
10. Cheat the frosting… don’t bother making it, it’s a pain in the arse… And just cover the cake in it!

As you have probably noticed I haven’t blogged for a while as me & Kylie have been knee deep in production design on both XMen XXX & Wolverine XXX, anyway we wrapped both films yesterday & that means we now get some time off for Christmas before more movie mayhem starts in the New year…

Also, it means we now have time to can send presents back home (which also means they won’t arrive by Xmas… sorry bout that!)

Hi! How’s everybody doing? Are we sitting comfortably? Good… then i’ll begin.

At the moment life is pretty hectic, Me & Kylie have been preparing for Scope Miami (for which we ended up sending 31 pieces of art!) I am also heading up the new street art blog for Maximillian Gallery AND starting production design for 2 new movies which start filming in a couple of weeks… Oh, & it’s Christmas soon!

So forgive me if blogging slows down for a bit, it almost feels like as soon as i get time to continue the story of me & Kylie life goes mental & i just end up getting loads of emails telling me I’m a work shy fop & to get my arse in gear! I promise that one day it will be finished & hopefully it will then loop to the very beginning of the blog when i first decided to write it! (that’s the plan anyway)

What else can I tell you? errr… oh yeah, my imdb page has been updated!

Me & Kylie went down to the gallery today, sold a couple of pieces & then added a couple of new ones:

Whilst on the subject of Melrose, the Kid Robot store down there just kills me… i can’t resist going in, still my collection is growing (kinda!)
